Łukasz Gołębiewski is a Founding Partner at Capmont having co-founded CirCap in 2019 together with Ralf and Rafal. Prior to co-founding CirCap, he spent 14 years at Advent International in London and Warsaw, where he completed six investments, deploying approximately €650 million of capital and generating gross returns of 9.3x MoIC. Before joining Advent, Łukasz spent five years at Citi Private Equity and StepStone in London, where he was responsible for private equity fund allocations across Europe, co-investments and mezzanine fund investments. Łukasz holds a Master's degree in Political Economy from London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
At Capmont, Łukasz serves as the lead partner on investments including Rockfin, Binetti, Bioelektra and Tutore. He has also played a key role in several other investments, including American Heart of Poland and DSD.
