Mike Tschirschwitz is Co-General Counsel at Capmont and joined the firm in 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience as a legal professional with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Before joining Capmont, Mike was General Counsel at OWG Beteiligungs AG / Rema Tip Top Group from 2018 to 2022 and at Kathrein from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he was Partner and Attorney-at-Law at LauterbachPartner, where he advised clients on corporate law matters.
Mike is admitted to the Munich Bar Association. He studied law at the University of Augsburg, where he passed the First State Law Examination, and completed his Legal Clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with the Second State Law Examination.
