Mikołaj is a Senior Associate at Capmont, focusing on private equity investments. Before joining Capmont, he spent several years in London, first in Bain & Company’s Private Equity practice, where he advised financial investors on commercial due diligence across a broad range of sectors, and then at Sun European Partners, where he focused on mid-market investments. Most recently, he worked at FIDEA, a Warsaw-based advisory boutique.
Mikołaj holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath.
