Rafał Sosna is a Founding Partner at Capmont having co-founded CirCap in 2019 together with Ralf and Łukasz. He has 17 years of experience in private equity and before joining CirCap/Capmont, he spent six years as Head of the Warsaw office at BXR / BMM Group and Penta Investments. Before that, he spent almost a decade at Polaris as a Director in the Investment team. Prior to that, he worked at Advent, where he worked with colleagues Ralf and Łukasz. Rafał holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration from INSEAD and Robotics from Warsaw University.
