Daniela is Head of Human Resources at Capmont, responsible for both internal HR processes and recruitment and providing HR support to portfolio companies.
She holds a Master's degree in Art History from the University of Bamberg and has an academic background in Law. Prior to Capmont, she held HR roles at VISPIRON SYSTEMS and EMH Partners. She started her career at Mercuri Urval, where she specialized in recruiting, talent development and HR assessments.
