Jakub Cieslak is a Director at Capmont, where he focuses on private equity investments across Poland and the DACH region. Prior to joining Capmont, he worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Morgan Stanley, UBS and J.P. Morgan, advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. He began his career at Advent International. Jakub holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.
