Kathleen is Co-General Counsel at Capmont, focusing on transactions, financings and other legal matters of strategic importance for the group, partnering across Capmont's teams to ensure seamless legal coverage.
She holds a Master in Law from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, as well as a Master in Common Law from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Prior to Capmont, she worked at Credit Suisse / UBS where she held a variety of roles (such as Head of the Legal UHNWI non-standard lending team, Chief of Staff to the Group General Counsel, Head of the Group Legal Advisory Integration Office), as well as at BakerMcKenzie's Zurich office, where she focused on M&A and financing transactions.
