Ralf Huep is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Capmont and has 35 years of private equity and industry experience. He brings extensive transaction expertise spanning multiple industries, with almost three decades spent at Advent, most recently serving as Global Co-Head and Managing Partner. In 2019, Ralf co-founded CirCap together with former Advent colleagues, which later merged with Deutsche Invest to form Capmont. Ralf holds a Business Diploma from the University of Bielefeld, Germany.
